Use Microsoft picture editor is the easiest. Or you can use Photoshop if you have that.

I also could resize it if you send me the photo and let me know what size you would like it to be.

i tried it says its to big the it said it hased to be smaller than 19.5 kb

If your using a Photoshop, you most likely just need to change the pixels size. Cool Man (aka Tustin)

Making your small picture bigger will stretch it and make the quality poopoo. You just need to copy the original picture, upload it to an image hosting website, then use the IMG code to put it in your sig.
