My work has a subway, and sometimes if I'm really hungry on my way home to bed I'll stop and get some food.. They love me there because it's pretty damn simple. Spicy Italian, american cheese, on Italian herb and cheese.

I like white bread, with like ranch and black olives and shit.

Not too Put A downer on things, but In the UK my University Pal's brother is A Fast Food Health Inspector.
On my High street, The healthiest fast food place was McDonalds & coming in Last was Subway. Although the food they Advertise Looks amazing, He said "Theres More Rats out back, then there is Rolls Up-front"

Havent eaten there again.
