Sony has cut the price of its PSP handheld across Europe today, but left out the UK.
As detailed on GamesIndustry.biz, the console will now sell for €129.99 (around £114), down from €179.99, though the UK's £129.99 tag doesn't budge.
"The price drop in continental Europe has been made possible by favourable fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Euro and the Yen," explained a spokesperson.
"Since we in the UK are vulnerable to two exchange rate calculations, pounds into Euro's and Euro's into Yen, we are not in a position to offer a similar cut in PSP for the UK."
