(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If I send a money amount as a gift and I get ripped off, I lose right. I cant get my money back or get the guy who I sent the money to in trouble right.

yeah but if I sent it as a gift and got scammed, I lost that money for good, I cant get it back no matter what, RIGHT?

Your correct. On a gift payment, there's no fees but the risk of getting scammed. If you pay the 3% fee on regular paypal you can file a dispute and usually get your money back.

So, yeah if you sent money as a gift and didn't get what you paid for then you won't get that money back.

You can do an unauthorized transaction if you want your money back.

whats the worst trouble you can get into with paypal. JW can you get sued for scammer people?
