I am looking to spend £200 or less and am looking for something with very good quality sound, is very loud and has very good base without distorting at high volumes. I would appreciate it greatly if someone could give me a few suggestions. Thanks for reading.

I Bought myself a new Stereo system just before christmas (I'm mad I know).
Its sony and my brother had the older version, its amazing!

Also, I recommend going into Bose to have a listen, whenever I go in there everyone is very helpful, thats in america though, not sure where you live.

I Dont think they have shops where I live (WALES) because I never heard of them, but thanks for the help anyway I will just look on the website and i may pay a visit to comet, curry's or pc world

But the sony you will probably find in a lot of shops
