If you look at history puberty meant to have started earlier now then at any period in history.
Question is has this happened all of a sudden or not and why......
Sadly am not expert in biology or this field. It only guess work
Guess due to the rapid change within are sociality and economic progress. Mother nature yet to change the are body clocks to fit into this it only a short time period of change after all.
Of course it could be due to a life style change or us living longer sadly we don't know.
That the biology side of things we have little control over.
The bigger problem is that sex is still a taboo for the most part. And we not very open about it. Only one euro nation i can think of which is open about sex at a young age and familys talk about it. Care to guess ?

My point is that we live in a open world with alot more information being pushed around. The downside we not explained anything to are younger generation. It still a taboo for the most part.
What needs to happen we need to make it less of a taboo or we won't fix this problem before it comes a deep issue.
They are nothing more then are own creation on a taboo subject. Along with poor relationships/sex education programs.
Sex is a major part of life why should it be a taboo so much ?

There is a poorer part of essex, I just dont want to get a reputation as that poor kid who lives in essex... Most people who dont know where or what essex is think its a poor part.

than my friend they are very much mistaken essex is generally quite wealthy but yes there are some trashy parts but there are in most places london for example
plus no one with any self respect would pass judgement on you based on where you live
