Admittedly it's one person being 'hacked' instead of the millions of PSN users, but if the head of security at Microsoft is hacked so easily, it doesn't really put the average live user in a good place.

It's no where near the same. This guy found info to get into the MS guys account. Like the guy in the video said, not hacking but knowing where to look. The PSN has affected everyone on the PSN, and also maybe including credit card info. Xbox hasn't (from what I'm aware of) experienced anything on this scale. Sure, it's been down due to hardware issues, but no intrusion, unless I'm wrong. This is one guy, who got lucky with the info and didn't know how to use it, hence why he called the guy up. You could call him an "NGU Hacker) because everyone on NGU thinks that Ratting and istealing is pure "hacking".

He was quite literally hacked by a 12 year old about a month ago and they recovered his account in less than 18 hours, its not the same

look from what i understand, sum guy with no life has hakd PSN and thaught that hes so cool when in actual fact hes actualy ruining over 70million peoples accounts and caused distress in PSN, what has PS done about it, well what seems to be nothing, no info nothing. its radiculous
