11 is a number you simply made up in your head. It as 5 girls. And I was never allowed to go that disco until i as late into 15, when others go at 13. I begged to go at that age but was never allowed. That is what i mean be not being able to properly socialize.

Just be yourself, I didn't really grow up socialising that much, I used to just play games all day and every now and then see a movie with some friends, now I go out a lot with friends more, and try to talk as much as possible, I'm not too great at talking to new people but I just go with it and just pretend they are one of your good friends, don't get nervous and be sure to breath and in awkward moments drink your coke or w/e, I'd say just start up a conversation, ask her about what she is like, get to know her and you will start to feel more comfortable around her.
