Facebook is more of a social networking where it requires both interaction between both parties, one of which is you and who-ever is posting. The beneficial thing about Facebook is that it's easily navigatable, simple and you can get much more information from your friends, for example, you can search your old-friends that now do a different job or go to a different school.

Furthermore, Twitter is more of an update so to speak. You update your tweeter's, giving them specific, direct detail to accordance. I don't use Twitter much, but it's simple and it does the job. I don't think it's the best choice for people in my school but I do think it's a decent way on updating other than just accessing other networks, such as Facebook.

I like to go on famous people's profiles on Twitter, however not on Facebook. I use Facebook for friends and just to communicate, instead of MSN Messenger, since you can share Pictures, Videos, update your status and talk with multiple instead of waiting for others just to get online to communicate with them.

I don't tweet, but I do have Twitter just to 'follow' celebs just to see what crackalckin. I mainly follow 50 Cent though, he get's so much sluts tweeting to him saying the dirtiest shit

I had Facebook, got bored of it within a week and never went on it again. I mainly use my BlackBerry for messaging friends...

Twitter is not really a social network (in my opinion), it's mainly used to post instant updates on certain events. Facebook is more of a social network, although it's being flooded with stupid apps that make you post something on everyone's wall and such, which can get EXTREMELY annoying...
