Id say go for it but don't get too serious because of the fact in a year shes off to college and you still got 2 more years after that. If she likes you then it doesn't matter what grade either of you are in. Love comes when it does. Just enjoy life and take chances. It will be a lot worse to regret it than to try and get denied.
