ive been doing the p90x ab ripper for about 2 weeks now and ive seen major results
so you guys should try it and tell me what you think?
Being a p90x user myself ( i actually own the discs :p) i love the ab ripper. what your suppose to do is do this after several of the workouts. It does wonders. After you put in a solid hour of a sick workout you got a 10 minute ab ripper coming. personall i feel that the hardest of the workouts is Plyometrics if you are out of shape. That sh*t is intense I suggest downloading all the DVDs
This is good if you want hard abdominals or lose weight,not so if you want to gain weight or increase muscle tone.
This is what you call a "cardio" workout.
If you want to really push your body to the limit,try working out with weights(resistance).
Only weight training can add on weight,in turn giving you that muscular look and by far one of the hardest workouts you can do.

i just downloaded it from the premium section and did it for the first time today I've been working on my abs during football workouts after the main shit like bench and squats. And I can feel my abs under a little layer of fat lol so hopefully this will help me lose it lol
