Rap is much better then Rock. Some Rock is good i guess..

Rock, very few rap artists have caught my attention and continue to entertain me...they're all old school too for the most part. I'd highly recommend Public Enemy, Tupac, Eminem (none of that mainstream faggotry like "We Made You"), Twiztid (Some songs, majority are stupid as hell), Beastie Boys(Stupid, but fun).

There's a few others I'm missing...but meh. And what about Rap-Rock mix? I like that a lot too...so. Meh, both are good but I like rock more.

i usually listen to rap more though but only the good stuff, like Biggie,2pac, NWA, Ice cube, Snoop,Rick Ross, and some underground people

but on the rock side
i like a lot of that too, but mainly the older stuff taht everyone knows from the terrible rockband and guitar hero games.then i like some of that newer heavy stuff with screams but not all screams and grindcorin it

As for rap now a Days not to many songs are that good. Like Eminem hes Very Talented but some of his songs new songs are wack. I usaly work out 2 some of his songs because they make you wana have so much energy and hes been threw so much. And for Rap i Usaly Listen to 2pac.Bone Thugs.Bizzy Bone.The Grouch.Ice Cube.Easy E.Snoop Dogg.Biggie Smalls. and some more.

Many people think Rap is Like all about Money,Girl,Guns.Gangs and just Promots Violence. But if you really listen to it and under stand it you will see its not. Like for a Example take 2Pac's songs and lsten to them he dosent say hes going to kill you and stuff. He talks about how he miss's his Friends and his mom when hes locked up in jail. And then when he was starting to have Beef with Biggie he was changing his style a little to more violent tone but he still wasent talking about killing him. In 1 Song (Ghost) he talks about how he sees his enemies in a car driving by him and they were gona blast at him and he got so tierd of it he dident care anymore he satrted to shoot back at the enemies and the Cops.
