(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm sure a lot of you have heard of this tornado as it is all over the news today. But last night a mile wide tornado hit Joplin, MO. Whether any of you care or not I don't know I just thought I would post this as Joplin is where I used to live a couple years ago and the house that I lived it was leveled in this tornado.

It's pretty devastating to see the damage that was done! The Walmart, Home Depot, Highschool, and Elementary schools were flattened. The St. Johns Hospital was also destroyed during the tornado. A nurse that was in the hospital said she witnessed a 300lb man be thrown out a window.

Please let all of your thoughts and prayers go out to the families that are going through this!

So far at least 89 people are pronounced dead and the governor expects that total to escalate over the next few hours. :cry:

There was also a volcanic eruption in Iceland.
