whoa man..sounds fishy to me m8..
methinks there might be some paedophilia action goin on there as no teacher has a right to even touch a student unclothed,let alone inspect their genitalia.
that kind of sh*t is crazy if ya ask me,as the perpetrator can be sued even if it happened years ago(providing you have sufficient proof,or gather all students that were affected making your case stronger).
