My broadband provider is upc im on the 30mb speed bundle,but recently they have changed there bundles 20mb is now 25mb 30mb is now 50mb and they also have a 100mb bundle.I wasn't informed that the bundle I have is no longer active so i thought automatic update as the 50mb is the same price as the 30mb was.Reading on a couple of forums the router/modem they provided us can't deal with 50mb and over so how the hell are we going to get these speeds my speed seems even slower since they rolled this out not even a damn phonecall from them to explain I need a new modem/router.So I met this nice lady in the customer support section and heres what I found out from her.

Well customer service via phone was closed il have to try again tomorrow and probably listen to alot of crap.
