Ok so im going to create a website it has got nothing to do with gaming or anything like that so no competition for ngu. But i really need help ok really I just need somebody who will do as they are told and will create this website for me it will need to be able to host high traffic. It will also be a social network type so there will need to be a way to sign up etc. There will also need to be a way to sell items and also i want to be advertising other products as well. im just saying a few brief stuff that i need but it will go into much much more details but im willing to pay 1000 pounds. i will pay you 250 once the product is finished then a further 250 for a year of support then another 500 every year. Are you tasking someone to write you a websoftware? Or is this to do with simply setting up "pre-made" software... Such as a forum, a blog, etc....

Well, that is a big ask, if you want the script to be original. I am currently busy, and only intended to start on a project this big after my degree. I will speak to a few friends, but until then, you can check out open source software.
