(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I did foundation as we have enough points for our target of C's.

How did you find it and what did you put for that question where Ben got money? I put £30.

Also feel free to put answers to the other questions

£54...
x had 3 times more than y, then Ben had twice as much as y....
Therefore we divide 54 by 10

(5.40*3)*2= £32.40 =D Epicness is epic.

And I did higher, I wasn't the easiest tbh...

One question that tripped everyone up was the "reciprocal of 8" May sound retarded, but not one person knew that. :L (Probably because it hasn't been on any past papers). Anyone else find this? :p

Ohh in which case...

Edexcel is an exam board and they are the people that make some of the exams that we sit.
The math(s) paper in question (as with most papers) is divided into two 'tiers'. "Foundation" for the weaker candidates (students) aiming for a grade C and "Higher" for candidates aiming for B's/A's/A*'s.

In the OP he has said; "what did you put for that question where Ben got money? I put £30."

The question was (something like)...

Ben, Fadisker and Fred split £54 between them;

Fred had three times as much money as Fadisker and Ben had twice as much as Fred.

How much money did Ben have?

Answer?
£54...
x had 3 times more than y, then Ben had twice as much as y....
Therefore we divide 54 by 10

(5.40*3)*2= £32.40
