Willpower.
It is the most effective way in which a person can motivate oneself to achieve set goals.
I used to smoke for a few years,and because of my passion to become fit and healthy I had to quit smoking.
Willpower helped me achieve that.
Patches and other drugs will only shift your focus away from and relying on them to help you quit,and when they don't work,most pick up smoking again.
Mind over matter.
That's all it is.
If you think you can do it,you will.
