VPN, use VPN in touch, can be found in premium(hacking). It's free, if there's any accounts left.

Edit: Just checked again, they have no more free accounts left. You. Are ****ed.

No, you need a vpn. Hidemyass is just like an in website browser that encrypts data that websites give you. Your IP address remains the same.
