But the thing is that they are untouchable the only reason why they got caught was cuz they were in some IRc AT WRONG TIME..xD AND THERE NO EVIDENCE WHT SO EVER.. BUT THOSE IRC CHATS.

Nobody is ever untouchable on the internet. Anonymous is a little more smart about hiding, but it's definitely possible. It's going to happen eventually. If they were smart they would see this as a warning and back down, I don't think it's worth jail time personally

I completely agree. Hacking the police website of all things, these people couldn't get any dumber. It amazes me that a group of people could be smart enough to do some pretty impressive hacking over the past few weeks/months yet do something this stupid.
