But my feet are killing me at work.

How much do you have? If you have $130+ I suggest Phone, but less then that shoes. Why? Because if you have $130+ try to get a good phone but pretty cheap like $150, Then Just save up until next week and you can buy the shoes.

It depends, if your feet are VERY uncomfortable, I'll go with the shoes. If you can resist the pain, go with the phone. :p

Shoes are needed, phone isnt.

Get some cheaper shoes than normal but make sure they are still decent and then save up for the phone.

Not knowing your budget, but you could get yourself a nice new pair of shoes and a real cheap phone. If you desperatly need the shoes get them and save up and get yourself a new phone at a later date
