Agreed, prosecution was never able to pursue criminal charges because the father of the kid only cared about a financial settlement and MJ ended up settling the lawsuit with that I heard was 15 million and after they were paid the boy refused to testify the charges. I think it was just a money hungry father forcing his kid to lie and MJ was an easy and likely target .
If I found my son had been molested I wouldn't care about money I'd want to cut the fingers and penis off the person responsible. I'm more of a revenge person than settle or truce kind of person.
