nextgen tactics is almost 100% because of their zombie youtube vids, they get a backlink with every vid. google can be hacked but the googlebot uses algorithms, the bot catches on very fast when you try to cheat for rankings. do a google search on how to optimize your site for google and respect the guidelines google suggests you use, seo is not really as hard to do as many assume. i know im new here but i would be happy to help or give pointers on increasing the ranking of the site.
