I agree, it's pathetic that they were able to pass a law that local charities aren't able to feed the homeless.
The police were just doing their job though. They just enforce the rules, not create them. If you are mad at someone, it should be the city officials.

Laws are passed by citizens of that area. People that don't vote against shit like this are to blame for why stupid laws get passed.
