(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright so people who know baseball such as myself I just have a quick question that i need your opinions about a trade that I may do.
I am in a long term keeper league where we keep like 25 players and 16 minor leaguers each year. I have the best prospect Bryce Harper and I have a chance to trade him + another player for Strasburg and Buster Posey whom are both innjured but can be put on the DL list, do I do that or I have another offer of Mike Stanton and another player for him. I have several offers but I really like Posey and Strasburg what are your guys opinions on this topic.?

I'd have to lean towards taking Strasburg and Posey. You obviously won't get anything from Posey this year and not much from Strasburg (may return in Sept.) but next year if they remain healthy should have a good return for you. However, I'd be interested in hearing what other guy would be getting teamed up with Stanton, that guy is a stud.

Depending the players I add as throw in I could probably get Logan Morrison or Pedro alvarez or if I throw in Jamie Garcia I could get Verlander I think. I have many options I am going to take Stanton though I fell in love after reading numerous reports on him.

Hi, I don't like you
Sounds like a good move, hope it works out. I'd keep Garcia over Verlander, I like my pitchers to be in the NL instead of the AL. I'd take the gamble on Alvarez, guy has all the talent, just matter of him hopefully putting it all together at the top level.

I ended up giving him Harper Ludwick and Chisenhall for Stnaton, Gary Brown, Alex Cobb and May a prospect from Philly, I heard good things about him. its a keeper league so I value prospects a lot and gary brown should be a goood one. But you are a philly guy do you know anything about May hes got a high k rate just a little control issues.

Hi, I don't like you
You are right on about May, I think he is going to be dominant if he can get better command of his pitches. I like the guys you got in return, if they pan out accordingly, you got a nice steal on your hand.

yeah thats what im hoping I hope that He can get the control down. I like Stanton and Gary Brown is a top OF prospect. but I am getting Crap for giving up Harper in the deal but I like the proven Stanton even if Harper is as good as they say I think that they probably will break even in points.

Hi, I don't like you
Stanton has the potential if he runs enough to be a 40/30 guy, with a chance every now and then to have a 50 bomb season. Harper may be good, but at best I can't see him being that much better than Stanton. You got 3 nice prospects, if even one ends up being as good as projected it will be a good trade on your part.
