The majority of 'feminists' in the world today are utter hypocrites, absolute morons quite frankly. Fortunately there are a minority of them that have sense, but that is as I said a minority. Now, I'm not saying sexism doesn't exist in the reverse, because it does, but that's unacceptable in society which is the whole problem here, it's just another double standard. Feel free to comment below.

P.S. Oh and I'm happy to come up with more examples of sexism if you lot would like, I have a somewhat recent one from the UK to share with you all if need be :p

I actually found this amusing. It was very informative and true. I find it wrong that The Talk could actually speak about such violent things, then turn around and justify it but saying its not funny when it happens to girls just guys.

Yeah, this is someting I've felt very strongly about. I tend towards misogyny though as I honestly dislike women. As a person I find that in my experiences women are dishonest, manipulative, cruel and self-absorbed. I have never met a woman who isn't a sex-obsessed slut who's cheated on at least one partner and I've never known a woman who hasn't manipulated men into buying her drinks at bars, paying for dates etc. when she's clearly not interested in him.

People have accused me of being sexist and I have to admit, I am. I know of only 3 exceptions to this rule.

1. My mother, who met my dad when she was 16, never dated anyone before hand and is still married to him now 34 years later. This is rare, so much so I've never met anyone else who has had that kind of romance. I also believe, in my generation this kind of person doesn't exist.

2. My sister.... because she's still rather young. I have explained my opinions to her and hope she never becomes the kind of woman I hate. All of her friends, even though they're teenagers, already are.

3. A friend of mine who I won't name. She seems honestly kind, considerate and loyal. Doesn't cheat and is down to earth. I dated her for a few weeks, we didn't really click so we decided to stay friends. She's never been manipulative, she doesn't sleep around, but still has a healthy sex life, she doesn't act self-absorbed, and I've never known her to be cruel, even when she's breaking up with someone. She's the only woman I've ever slept with that I didn't hate after we split up and the only woman I've ever known to be a decent human being...

Now maybe I've had bad luck when it comes to women, I don't know, but when I say literally every woman I know I mean it, including my friends. It's for this reason that this is the one topic where I feel my opinion is too polerised. From a logical point of view I want to say "everyone is equal reguardless of gender, we should all be treated the same" but the other part of me knows better...

I guess we've all got our hang-ups.

Personally i don't see how that show was "sexist" just because they where laughing at the idea of his penis going around and around in a Garbage Disposal, that says to me that you cant have a sense of humor with out being accused of sexism ? There is a big difference between laughing at a Spinning penis and telling a woman to get back to the kitchen.

The guy in the video speaks the truth.

Women claim to want equality but if a woman were mutilated like the man in the story was, the reaction would be much more violent. But there's a reason, more so than just women saying it's cruel, the reason the opposite would be so heinous is because men, in general, are stronger than women. This isn't a sexist comment, it's fact. For a man to do this to a woman would be as if he were using this strength, that the woman doesn't have, to his advantage, it would be "unfair" to the woman because she would be at a physical disadvantage. But the fact that she did this to her husband by drugging him gives the idea that she used her brain to overcome his strength, that she won despite the disadvantage. It makes her seem like a hero.

Women want equality, and I'm all for equality in the workplace and in the legal system and what have you, but realistically, women are not physically equal, as such, they can't stay perfectly equal in every situation.

Do you think it would be funny if a bunch of guys sat around laughing at the image of the woman's breast being sucked into the garbage disposal? There's a big difference between the 2 things you mentioned.

Maybe you should try changing how you select your women, from what it sounds like you just pick up the easy whores at bars... There are better women. EVERYWHERE.

Woman will never be equal with men. Physically, men are generally built to be stronger than woman. Mentally, woman are better grammatical and men in mathematics. All studies done proving this.

My point is that men and women are not the same and will never be. Job wise let me break it down. My father just hired his first female manager, as all the rest are male. He has a difficult time dealing with her. Women tend to bring out their emotions very often, so it causes multitudes of problems in the working place. As he was upset with her for messing up, she began to cry. How is he supposed to deal with that?

Brain activity is even different.

BTW they don't want equality, they want equality for certain things. They don't want equality for breaking the law, and that's sure.

Just because it was a woman's breast that they are laughing at does not make it sexism, so if a man falls and i laugh but if a girl falls and i go help her up that is sexism? , no its not its because most women are a little more sensitive than guys so im not going to abuse that sensitivity.

Things wouldn't be this way if it weren't for our societal standards.

In the "wild" (notice my reluctance to call it that, I'm simply doing so for convenience) there is definitely a struggle for leadership among animals; the difference between them and us, however, is that even as the leader/alpha male of the group, it isn't their lust for power that motivates them (because only humans have developed time, currency, and society as we know it in general), it is the instinct of giving the group protection.

I don't know why things came to be this way, although it's obvious how. I suppose humans (since the beginning) were just social beings, and that gave us an "advantage". We were able to utilize logic, like every other animal, and honestly it could've happened to any species. The thing is, we got to it first, and suppressed other species.

My point is I'm kind of apathetic when it comes to societal standards. We broke away from the natural "order" of things, in a matter of speaking, and even though I don't know why, I'm putting my money on the fact that it wasn't really supposed to happen, but because everything is random, it just did.

There's no such thing as rights, there's no such thing as morality, and religion isn't particularly anything I care about. It's all about survival.
