I imagine it's bunch of bullshit. It literally comes down to what hand is your dominant, and then the opposite side of your brain controls it. THE END.

Actaully no, it's because the left side of your brain is more creative and does the more artistic kind of stuff, and the right side takes care of the intellectual stuff like math. THE END.

Yes, but, nobody can take control of each side perfectly enough to utilize them. Your right side of your brain controls the left side of your body. Vice versa.
