So this is a thread to talk about your Football Two-a-Days. I just started today since I was sick yesterday. We have practice in the morning from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Then we have to come back at 3:30 PM and have practice till around 6:15 PM. Then Weds. to Friday we have practice from 6:30 AM to 8:00AM and we still have afternoon practice.
These are not easy practices. We have a coach who will make you do push ups all the time and there is a ton of running. We have to go all the way till Friday.
So, post if you do Two-a-Days and what your times are and hard things you have to do.
I remember two-a-days in high school. On the first day of August, that's when it started :p From Monday to Friday, practice was from 6:00 AM to 11:50 AM. Then from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, we had a lunch break. Then from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we finished our practice. Coach would make us come on Saturdays if he wanted to. Good times
holy shit 2 a days those suck i played from my freshman year to my senior year in high school for one of the states best programs and i live in a pretty warm location safe to say it sucked
but the ring i wear on my finger was worth all the hard work and then some
you will be attached to football and the last game was almost impossible for me to deal with
We had practice from 8-12 in the morning then 2-7 haha it was hell dude. so glad i graduated. oh and when anyone was late the next morning we would have to run a mile for every person late
I'm doing the same thing as you man, I've played football for 3 years and starting my 4th. I'm a freshmen so the coaches are ripping us extra hard. The only difference is we start at 7:00 and end at 10:30 then we come back at 2:30 and go until 6:30 :p Also we have to wear full pads whilst doing this. So, yeah about 7 hours of running everyday, it ends on sunday. Plus i got the 95 degree California weather. I'm tired as **** and its only Wednesday -.- so yeah goodluck man. My advice to you is DO NOT eat before it, its much easier to barf water then it is to barf digested food, because trust me, you will throw up. :puke:
Goodluck! =D
