Both disk are in perfect condition so do you think they will let me trade them.

they have a set credit you get
you use the credit for the games
mw2 was worth like 14 usd and mw2 preowned was like still 34usd
they will not trade strait up

You should just go on craigslist, and make a ad saying that you want to trade them up for the xbox versions.
