3.8.7 = Windows XP (SP3)

Windows XP (SP3) > Vista


I'd say that you are correct. It's more reliable, and it doesn't really make too much of a difference, especially since you are just starting and don't need some fancy as heck looking forum. If your friends insist, just tell them not to come crying to you when it gets hacked.

if you are saying one software is safer than the next, im saying some hackers are better than others...

I agree with your saying about the 3.8.7, but, some plugins from vbulletin.org have many exploits on them and can put your site in danger of a shell/deface. On vb4 they have all the exploits patched, but if your thinking nulled vb, you need some tough security.

it is legit no nulled. I have learned my lesson with using nulled :/
