Students were evacuated from schools all the way down to Victoria. My Class got evacuated and we had to wait 1 hour in the hot field waiting to make sure there were no after shocks. The principal came on the P.A and her words were "Staff & Students get under your desks, This is an Earthquake, This is not a drill!" 60 seconds later we were evacuated out into our field.
