This is complete crap. The government would never do something this huge as an excuse to go into Afghanistan. If they were found out to be behind it then there would be a gigantic shitstorm.

First of all its Afghanistan we're talking about, Second where the hell do you think they get the Numbers from in the Articles you provided?
The US owns the Media, they can do whatever they want and go away with it.
And for the oil part, You cant expect getting all the needed money right away.

Do you realize the force of a HUGE airplane hitting that builiding? If that plane had NO gas in it the towers would still have a similiar reaction. There is such an intense amount of heat and pressure upon impact causing everything that it touches to burn very quickly. When an airplane crashes it EXPLODES. SIMPLE. That amount of heat and pressure with the burning jet fule ontop of that would cause the towers to collapse. I think that the terrorists could have planted bombs to make sure they collapsed and used the airplanes to instill fear into people when they fly, therefore being successfull as a terrorist.
