Okay, so I tried finding the name of my graphics card and it came up with vgasave.

I can't guarantee its effectiveness, but try this:
click start-run type cmd<enter>
type debug<enter>
type -d c000:50<enter>
it MIGHT read part of the video card to tell you what it is, and display in the rightmost portion of the resulting text.
if nothing, try this:
right click the my computer icon, click manage, click device manager. On the right side, look at the display adapters, and see if there is anything there to use. This may show you, but possibly not.
If all else fails, open the PC case, and look at the video card. is it built into the motherboard, or is it a separate card? can you see any info on either any stickers, or anything written on the chips?
What kind of PC is it? If its something like a Dell, you can get the service tag on it, and look it up on their web site and download the drivers there.
Hopefully, something here works
