On September 5, A 19 year old kid dressed as the cartoon character "Gumby" attempted to rob a local 7-11
He claimed he was armed and demanded money. The cashier thought of it as a prank, and didn't take any action.
The next day, 19 year old Jacob Kiss turned himself and his friend in to the San Diego police department, along with his big green Gumby costume.

Who the hell does this? :lol:
