i dont know what you were like at 13,but for me i really like to work out and get fit.and the way i grabbed his arm is because after i headbutted him he loosened his grip and held his nose with his other hand,so it was kinda an easy opportunity.

Wait, I'm not even going to comment of whether I believe it or not. BUT I've been training MMA since I was 9, I've trained in various arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Judo etc) and competed in them all. So my question is if you have trained in kickboxing and karate why the did you headbutt him and then "twist his arm"? [Which from how you have described sounds like a Kimura]. In self defense there is many other techniques to defend yourself and neutralize the situation rather than a headbutt, overall it sounds like you lost your cool and are very lucky it wasn't the average 20 year old because from what you said it seems like they must have been very different not to have hit you.
finally someone who understand instead of posting random dumb shit.i honestly dont know why i headbutted him i think it was just a shocked action because he was holding me by the neck of my shirt, and by twist his arm i dont mean like just twist his arm infront of him i held it up behind his back,as if you were restraining someone.and yes i dont think he was an average 20 year old,i think he was just trying to act cool infront of his friend, also there was a smell of weed off of him,not sure if it was just in his clothes or he had been smoking it.
