After being mis-diagnosed numerous times he ended up at Riley Children’s Hospital for a tracheostomy. Throughout all the testing to figure out what’s causing his vocal paralysis, doctors discovered a bigger problem. They had found a tumor on his brain and one on each auditory nerve. He has now been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 2. He has already been through 2 surgeries with more to come. All proceeds will go to the family to help with medical bills and expenses. An account has been set up at First Bank & Trust in his name for donations.
