Rules for Creating your own Page
1.) Follow All NGU Forum Rules
2.) You may NOT edit the layout of the page
3.) You may edit the Text Field, the Picture Field, and the Credit Field
4.) When done you must upload the picture, without the background, as a .png and send it to me Via NGU Private Message


On another note, this magazine was meant to be released around a month ago lol so some of the information may be a bit old.
