Exactly. Android copied apple because apple was out first. So android took the ideas of apple and improved them. So android still copied apple

With the notification center, it was created by a developer that made apps for cydia. It was then copied by droid, but was already being put into iOS5. For most of these, it's not that they copied them, it's both companies had the same idea to make something more simple.

If you know about android you will know that android and ios was being developed at the same time..... Theres even enough evindence to prove that android came before ios. Also if you know about android you will know that android company was discovered at 2003 however android only started at phones at 2007 as google bought them. If you just take a little time of reasearch you can find the evidence about android. ツ
