World Domination 2 Trailer

Full Battle's
Pat Stay vs Marvwon
Battle rap, some have said, is like a proxy for fist fights. A battle is all of the animosity, disrespect and hatred that fuels a punch in the face manifested instead in a vocal outburst. The tension that creates is one of the most appealing things behind the sport of battling, a tension that has rarely been as apparent as in the next release from World Domination 2, where Nova Scotia's Pat Stay takes on Detroit's MarvWon. The feud between these titans began during a KOTD battle between Marv and Loe Pesci. Incensed at a few lines Marv directed towards him, Pat interrupted the match challenging the Detroit native to throw hands. While the situation was diffused, it caused a rift between the two MCs that could only be settled one way. A verbal fist fight. Who will prevail in this battle of former friends with a score to settle?

Rone vs Nils m/ Skils
Before this next release from World Domination 2 popped off, some fans had predicted it to be a mismatch. Who could blame them? Rone, the Grind Time veteran and Philadelphia native who had been killing the circuit for the past two years, was eager to make his KOTD debut and considered one of the best in the world. Nils M Skils, the Norwegian playing as the away team, was participating in his first ever solo battle in English, with only a pair of albeit highly impressive 2 on 2s to his name. No one could be faulted for imagining the outcome to be a little one sided. Except Nils hadn't made the trip for a vacation. Firing off in one of the most impressive combinations of foreign debuts in KOTD history, Nils and Rone went back and forth for all three rounds in this heated affair that was without question the most difficult decision of the entire weekend. Will Rone assert his dominance, or does Nils have it in him to pull off the major upset?

24/7 vs Dose
Two promising stars on different arcs in the battling world square off in this heated matchup, the second release from KOTD's World Domination 2. 24/7 burst onto the battling scene years ago with a fresh sound and a determined attitude that quickly made him one of the fastest rising stars in North America. However, a short losing streak including an intensely close battle against Bender at World Domination 1 has left the young Floridian looking to regain his previous momentum. Dose, on the other hand, has been on a meteoric rise through the ranks in KOTD since his debut. The Hamilton native has built his buzz the hard way, earning each step forward by putting in work against any opponent put in front of him. This battle marks a crucial point in both MCs careers. Can 24/7 find his stride and get back to his winning ways? Or will Dose rise to the challenge of taking on his biggest name yet and continue to make his case for inclusion in KOTD's top tier?

Henry Bowers vs Chedda Cheese
From a visual standpoint, these two are not the people you expect to see when watching a top tier rap battle. Henry Bowers, the Sweden assassin who has earned his status as one of Scandinavia's finest after only a few matches, looks like someone who just stepped straight out of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, his magnificent dreadlocks and long beard surrounding his entire upper half. Chedda Cheese, one of the best spitters Canada's Alberta division has to offer, looks like someone who just stepped out of a Lord of the Rings convention, his high pitched voice matching his skinny form and product infused hair perfectly. World Domination 2's next release, featuring these two squaring off in a high intensity showdown, acts as evidence that appearances can be deceiving. Creativity, wordplay, rhythm and bars all combine together into a perfect storm that makes this one of the closest and most entertaining battles of the entire event. These two are sure to be turning heads in the battle rap world for a long time to come. But who was able to get the upper hand in this epic clash?

Charron vs Cruger
The term mirror match is often thrown around too lightly. Any pair of MCs with somewhat similar qualities facing off against each other immediately gets labelled as a showdown between long lost brothers in flow. In the case of the next release from World Domination 2, the classification might legitimately apply. Ottawa's Charron and England's Cruger share a childlike appearance that has the tendancy to disarm opponents and fans. In reality, both rappers are wolves in sheep's clothing. Charron has quickly gone from an up and comer with loads of potential to one of the most accomplished battlers in the Canadian circuit, winning countless freestyle competitions and awards while building a steady KOTD resume. Cruger, on the other hand, has years of experience as one of the most innovative and original writers in the highly competitive and trend setting British scene. Which one of these patrons of the fountain of youth will find themselves victorious at the biggest rap battle event of the year?

Kid Twist vs 360
The headlining battle of World Domination 2's second day showcases two of the most talented comedic battlers worldwide, Canada's Kid Twist and Australia's 360. Arguably the most accomplished battle MC in Canada's history, Kid Twist has been winning competitions and bodying fools across North America for years with his trademark, personality infused style. While not a hip hop purist, Twist's creativity and ingenuity know no bounds. His skill with a pen travels far beyond his ability to write rhyming insults, as his upcoming novel release suggests. His Aussie counterpart 360 has made his mark as one of his country's most successful musicians. His crew ForthWrite have been dropping radio friendly hits for years, earning the Melbourne native respect and accolades in his local scene. Globally, he is known as one of the most outrageously funny battle rappers to grace the culture, tearing heads off with his acerbic wit and pointed observational comedy. These two promise to put on a show full of laughs - but who will take the edge performance wise and outclass their opponent on their way to a W?

[Compliment Battle] - Tricky P vs Deffinition
One year ago, at the first World Domination, Canada's Tricky P and the UK's Deffinition faced off in a vitriol fueled affair. The two MCs flung acidic jabs, ripped apart everything from their opponent's personal life to their home country, and generally showed each other a complete lack of respect. This year, at World Domination 2, Tricky and Deffinition decided to make amends and rebuild their friendship the only way a pair of battle rappers know how. With a compliment battle. Taking place on the third day of the event, this single round unlimited time match is the first of its kind, a showdown where the goal is not to tear down the opposing MC but rather to flatter them. Watch on as these two veterans get together to fight for an unprecedented title - the nicest man in battle rap.
