Hey guys I have been thinking about this for a while,i have allot of work,i finish school at 5 and i'm home at 6,i take a shower then do my homework and after i get on the internet , i sleep almost everyday between 11 and 12 (Midnight) , and wake up at 6:20 in the morning, this is something new since now i have to work allot and last year i got great marks at school but i feel like my lack of sleep is blocking my way,i'm getting allot of bad marks , I Need to know if i need more sleep , i'll even remove my pc for my room.
today i'm gonna go to bed at 10,I hope this helps me,but do you feel good when you wake up? (not tired or anything) do wake up like ... normal :p
