1. is the mic jack a 3.5mm jack? (im pretty sure it is but i just want to confirm)

and

2. if i was to buy a another brand mic would that be compatible with the trittons?


I have emailed madcatz but i havent received a reply (regarding the issues with the mic), and i have looked at the online stores that sell the mic parts, but because i live in australia they dont offer shipping, so this is why i am now looking at buying a different type of mic.

Yes it is 3.5mm, and as far as I know other brand mic are not compatible with trittons

damn, really? that sucks. i was hoping to try and replace the mic but it seems that i wont be getting that done by mw3.
