This is my opinion. Shits about to get really ironic and confusing so pay attention. Hipster- basically someone who likes to be different. Ex. Listening to unheard of musicians. Dubstep got big because hipsters found it and thought it was cool. Once it got big skrillex became the main artist that people listen to. Because he was good, dubstep was made kind of mainstream which hipsters don't like. Dubstep listeners are still mostly just crappy hipsters who think that they're different, but in reality everyone listens to dubstep. Basically all the crappy hipsters that listen to dubstep know that everyone knows who skrillex is and everyone listens to it, which makes it suck. Sorry if that confused the eff out of you

I think their music sounds quite good but it's all about God, it's that Christian rock nonsense. Ruins it for me knowing that the song is about the artist's imaginary friend tbh.

What Skrillex song has anything to do with God? I actually don't even think there is a Dubstep song that has to do with God for that matter.

That's pretty stupid in my opinion. I want Dubstep to be mainstream instead of stupid Hip-Hop. All Hip-Hop/Rap songs mostly are is just a black guy talking with a nice beat with lots of bass.

I hate when people say "mainstream and hipster". Skrillex is not the only dubstep artist who is big but yet he is the only one who is called mainstream..Anyone who thinks that needs to grown up and realize skrillex is human and thats his job and why would he do it for free or whatever just so some "hipster" fags can listen. Most of these "hipsters" use the internet , you tube I am sure they use to listen to music ...you tube is run by mainstream ads and mainstream music from advertisements. Not listening to genuinely good songs because they are "mainstream or whatever is stupid.

i will always like dubstep but it has kinda changed now that everyone listens to it as for skrillex he is the best therefor he will have many haterz

Personally I think he has a few good songs, but I don't love him.
