(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the NDAA (national defense authorization act) has now been passed by Obama, what this allows him to do is:
anyone i mean ANYONE suspected of being a terrorist will be taken without a fair trial and the Bill of Rights technically has no call in this action.
With this, anyone suspected of being related to anykind of terrorism will be jailed until further notice
So in this case: a middle eastern man with a turban, an asian with a dented face, etc.

So what do you think?
Now, not only does America get to spy in our life as they wish, they get to jail us for no reason.

Don't draw attention to yourself as a terrorist? Live exactly as you have been doing. It's giving federal agents more power in the field.

God damn people blow things out of proportion.

I heard this rumor on twitter about 2 months ago. They haven't repealed the 5th Amendment yet which guarantees us Due Process of law and a fair trial with a jury of our peers; therefore, this rumor is false.

Obama's statement about holding individuals

At this stage everyone is guaranteed a fair trial. Unless they repeal a few amendments, they can't do anything about it either. And repealing an amendment takes a 2/3 majority, which I can almost guarantee will never happen.

Also, that article is from Fox :dumb: They are notorious for exaggerating things way out of proportion.

"Until further notice"

People always misinterpret this. Your not going to be jailed for no reason, you will be let go if found innocent.

They DO jail you for a reason, that reason being that you acted in a threatening, offensive or dangerous way. People these days are too laid back.

I think that the wording used is incorrect however and is making it seem much worse than it really is. They aren't jailing you for NO reason.
