(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So does anyone use any? Kind of like the Gunnar brand?

Essentially on the days I am not working I spend at-least 2-6 hours on the computer doing random crap for school and then when we add in a couple hours for gaming my eyes really start to bother me from looking at a glowing screen all day.

inb4 go outside. I do spend a fair amount of time outside.. But like I mentioned I do spend a lot of time everyday doing shit on the computer for school something which I cannot ignore and is a pain in the ass when I decided to enjoy myself and play a game or two.

Just wondering what some of your opinions on them may be?

Do a barrel roll!
My friend used them but thats because he got sucked into the advertising. Said it doesn't make a difference worth the price tag.

Well it must be an American thing, because we don't have computer glasses here in the UK.

We do have anti-glare screens that you place over your monitor (CRT) that stops you getting eye strain.

But now that most monitors in the UK have changed to LCD there's no need to have an anti-glare screen to protect your eyes.

So there's another bit of junk to fill up the attic.

We've recently been introduced to 3D glasses to go with the newly introduced 3D TV's, but at £99 (about $130) It will be a while before I'll be buying a pair.

Most films and DVD's come with a 2D version anyway.

Hmmm, interesting. The only reason I was interested is because I'm a die-hard gamer. And at the same-time my schooling requires I spend a-lot of time on the computer, so I get a fair amount of eye strain and headaches. I might have to check into some of those anti-glare screens.

Next time I'm up at the council tip, I'll keep an eye out (no pun intended) for one.

There are other things that cause eye strain, I suggest you ask your dad about that!
