We would like to produce original content and such were interested in finding out what content you, as a community, would like to see? We're interested in any ideas you have on specific games, videos (any idea for a MW3 series of videos for example) or any content you would like to see produced.

Even if it is not so original, what is your favourite content on YouTube? A poll may be added after we have some responses.

I also think commentaries and montages should actually be excluded from the channel. Save that for a separate channel or something. Most of the time, the montages are just stupid clips of people playing the game and doing better than average. The commentaries are dull and void of important news and information.

The NGU Channel should be a place where people can see anything they would read on NGU. The news and reviews being the most important, followed by tutorials and troubleshooting.

The separate channel would be the "user-submitted" channel. This channel would host all the montages, commentaries and humorous videos that the member base of NGU creates.

Make someone really pissed of in real life then run for your life.
In terms of video games you can do something original like getting 9 ppl in ground war to walk in a straight line and shoot like in "No russian" or trickshot with C4, Flash grenades etc.

No really, something funny, play with members? Like each week someone takes it in turn to host a game ect.
Maybe beat a record, that would get NGU out there too

I agree with you Dave for the fact that youtube is filled with commentaries especially ones that deal with commentary. In my opinion you don't see too many people doing anything different.

Some things I have in mind would be

- More How-To videos. (Not necessarily glitches etc. But guides for trophies. I know RoosterTeeth does Achievement Hunter and they rarely doing trophy guides.)
- Different layout for videos and more games that live commentary with at least two or more people.
- Product Reviews. Unbiased or Biased it's still something that you never see.

Nowadays it's hard to be different on youtube since it's filled with everyone trying to be the next SeaNanners or Hutch.

Of all the ideas that you have I agree :y: Youtube is filled with clones of others. The people that get big on youtube are the ones who standout and you don't see that too much since people don't try to be different.

Theres not really a lot of "funtages" on youtube at the moment.. maybe short funny films? (where you get ngu members involved?)

Youtube is full of montages.. they are getting overrated and spammed.
Maybe tactical gameplays for team game modes?

But i say look more into fun content :p

FIFA is becoming very popular. I say FIFA Ultimate Team, and Community Goals compilation etc..

Going off of what you said with "tactical", why not make a series for every new FPS where you show the best rushing spots, sniping spots, bomb planting spots, flag capturing spot etc. And I'm sure that would be pretty popular and would be pretty different. But in all honesty, CoD is too mainstream and everyone uploads CoD videos. It would probably be better if Media Team uploaded different games and make their selection vast instead of narrow.

Perhaps Minecraft Server Challenge Maps?
Most people only do challenge maps by themselves, but it could be cool to upload a challenge map to a server and let a large group of people do it.
