(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Soo, ever since i dropped a ton of weight, i struggled with this issue
starting a few years ago, i started swimming and i lost a bunch of weight,
but the only thing i cant get rid of is my lower belly fat,
i swear, my pec's are so uneven...... flat on the top and flabby on the bottom...
any tips/solutions?
p.s. from what ive heard, you cant 'target' a specific area, but just by excercising, this is the only place i cant drop.....

Basically, what you were probally doing was swimming mosly, which lost most of your top body weight and some of the lower..
i say get in the gym and work out even 1 hour a day, run on that runing machine for as long as your stamina lasts!

Sir
Reeferlution
If you can't run as much try P90x or something and just burn the crap out of your stomach by working your muscles in that area.

The best thing you can do is change your food cycle start eating vegetables and Fruits or Cut your meals into small portions.
My best bet is do more ab workouts like situps, crunches etc.... like that when I started boxing I did this and my abs have gotten way strong from the last 6 months

Hurah!
A good substitute would an elliptical or the bike. They are less stressful on your knees and can still be beneficial. Also try healthier foods, and judging by your avatar, that type of food style is certainly not healthy. Crunches and situps should help as well. The key is staying with a routine. I use to overweight my self but now I am in great shape. Hope you make the right decision.

Lower belly fat ? Lay down on your back and get your legs up, middle, and close to the floor, up, middle and close to the floor again and so on believe me.. This will kill you :p

Just know one thing if you want to target a part of your body try to do a exercise that will get that part to force and you will feel where are you forcing and therefore where you are going to lose the fat

Hope this helps

Do regular sit-ups (50) and abdominal (50) crunches daily. 25 in the morning, 25 at night. Also go for a run/jog each day. Maybe try 1mile and see if you can go further the more you do it. Running is the best form of workout. Running........Run.........
