It does. The median home price in America is at $165,000 right now. But really, $250,000 would buy you something decent. My wife and I bought our home for roughly $700,000 last year. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, a 3 car garage (a necessity) lol, a huge heated pool, and a finished basement. My county is the 15th or so richest in the nation, so homes are so pricey here. Took awhile to find it and it's further from the city than I'd like it to be, but with 3 acres and being brand new, I had to take it. This would have been a $1+ million dollar home in 2005, but then again it would of been a $400,000 home in 1998. Our real estate market here is just so crazy. But you'll move on up eventually. It takes time man, just keep building up your credit score and don't live above your means.

That sounds great , No problems , We have been looking for a place now as i got started building websites a while back and its just took off really , I get to work my own hours its fantastic , And the cash its bringing me in is a lot more than i expected to get for under 20 but we are looking to move to miami soon ,

I love Florida. Miami, Palm Beach, Pensacola, Tampa...they're all great. I'd really consider moving there, but I don't really have work opportunities there. If I started my own firm there, I could do it. But I can't do that until I get some more years experience and get my name out there. Need to save up my money if I'm going to move anywhere I want to though. :p Texas is another option for me too. I love the south, it's warm year round, easy access to beaches, and I just love the atmosphere. I could even go to Southern California. But I've lived in Maryland ally my life, so I'm content here as it is.

And yeah, I love working my own hours too. I'm just really only confined by meetings with clients. I can pretty much go in whatever hours I want, whenever I want. I just have to get my work done. I love being able to get out at 1:00pm or so when I finish everything and am free of meetings. A 9-5 job every day for 30 more years of my life wouldn't work for me. Just be happy with what you do and the sky's the limit.

Lol once i got dared to spank this girl shes cool and i know her but i had to do it in the middle of my art class and my art teacher saw got so pissed off and i got suspended two days by the head teacher! oh not much really but two month ago this guy was bullying me and i just wanted him to leave me a alone so i beat the shit out of him! he was trembling and bleeding after and he left me alone after that! however i did it during registration with lots of witness so i got in a shitload of trouble (my school is very strict and the opposite of ghetto lol) i got suspended for 3 days, the police came to my house and gave ME a caution telling me it was assualt!
