Computer random number generators aren't ENTIRELY random. Although, they ARE pretty unpredictable. Dice rolls aren't random. The dice you roll depends entirely on how you roll the die.
Are subatomic particles truly random? Or is there some force controlling them?

If that universe has the same laws as this one. It likely to be similar.
Problem comes with the fact we can only predict where particles are likely to be. There is a force which controls sub atomic particles but we don't know how it works.
Truly random depends on how you look at it. The fact we can half predict it means it not truly random but fact we have to guess means it is.
I believe that certain thing are random which helped create this world but things within it are not random.
