I can sit and say that I don't and will not ever agree with every single thing that happens on NGU. There's issue's and when people complain about them, fair enough (Unless you're just being a cry baby bitch, which to be frank, so many of you are) but as a whole, the site runs and it's better than the rest! I'm not saying that cos I'm an ex admin, or I'm Outie's best mate (the punk still hasn't replied with something I asked for, for him) I'm saying that because it's fact!

Now what is grinding my gears now is the idiotic minds of those who believe this site problem is something that NGU, that being Outsider and any of the other staff team for that matter, have any control over!

Speaking from experience, something that Enzo and I both had to deal with before, when a host shut down, we were left completely F'd! Granted there were back up's but unfortunately at a mistake of my own (I do make them), they were on the same server that was taken offline - SHIT!

Now I know this isn't the same issue, but let me break it down for you. The domain is registered with a chosen DNS name with a registrar. Effectively you're renting the ownership of that name on the internet for a period of X. Then once that's complete, you assign your domain name (DNS name) to the IP address of the host (The server). That then replicates over the internet to every other DNS server, so each DNS server will return the IP address of your host server when you guys type in nextgenupdate.com. What's happened here is due to some, frankly bullshit legality issue, they've taken down that link. So replication, which continuously happens on the internet, does it's thing and NGU to the internet is gone! It's not, it's just not available via name resolution/It's not available via it's name.

So basically as far as I'm aware, Outie is moving to a new registrar, then the magic word I keep using "replication" will happen and the site will show as normal. The server, the host, nothing changed, it was simply this DNS that isn't doing it's thing.

Now I've explained it as easy I could to you, what I don't really want to be reading daily is people bitching and moaning and laughing actually that it's still down, like the staff could do anything better to bring it back up. Could Outie do a better job of coming on the site, yeah he could. Could he do anything to make this process any quicker? No, he couldn't.

So do yourselves a favour, read up, clue up and shut up! You're lucky I'm not still admin, cos I'd have given you an extra week off just for your bullshit.

"Site runs and is better than the rest", that's kind of Ironic but whatever it gets fixed when it get's fixed like you said if it's out of his hands then why can't people just wait paitently or just edit there hosts file I don't know.

If you want me to get you on a technicality, the site is running, or how else would one post? I was of course speaking in a general sense, not the here and now issue, but I will forget your belligerent facetious comment as you followed it up nicely =D

Lol, are we talking about the same 19 year old lad? Let's just say for arguments sake that this site doesn't cost $1000 to run and is in fact $600, with hosting fees and server administration cost. That's $400 a month spare roughly. Then I know from being an admin previously that things that were bought, so remove that as well... Damn, he's a criminal mastermind! A criminal mastermind manipulating these young children into slaving for this site while he sits at home having champagne on his wheetos. Humorous though it is to refer to someone as a Droid. A Droid being a robot, something mechanical and lifeless, without thinking for even a second, that people may actually do it for something other than money; Enjoyment, pass time, the community... to name but a few. Not attributes I think, that fit with the word 'roid', unless you're holding advanced technological information you're not telling me about?

It's fine to state your opinion about the site or anything for that matter, but at least think about what you're saying instead of replying with overzealous postulation.
