(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i just opened and NEW paypal account, and it was blocked and I need to add a credit card or a bank account to use it to recive money and send money, is that a kind of a new rule from PayPal ?

A little while back people were selling VCC's in the auction section. You could try to find one of those for sale.

Well I can only pay in Minecraft accounts so i doubt they wont

Honestly, make a Canadian Premium, that's what I use and only when I start sending/receiving anything over 50 bucks is when I start having issues.

You never know on NGU people trade anything for anything or you could try selling Minecraft accounts and make some money? And maybe ask them to send it to the other persons paypal instead of yours for the VCC or get a Mod to be a middle man for you.

Paypal are dicks, once it's blocked I don't think there is way out. If you didn't link your credit card already, go ahead and make another account. My account is frozen with my credit card linked to it, so I can't make another account with the same credit card.
